Ugh, I think my lifestyle is killing me. I always sleep late like around 1 to 2pm even during weekdays; I wake up at 11am at weekends which sometimes causes me to skip breakfast; then during days with no classes, I tend to just sit in front of the computer the whole day without taking breaks.
And now I think I'm going to get sick. D: Maybe I should really start changing these bad habits..

Yeah, they say young people like us must sleep before 12midnight kasi healing process takes place at 11-2am daw.
In my case that's impossible kasi i'm working at night time. Kaya i make it a point to sleep 7-8 hours a day and take vitamins and exercise regulaarly. Kaw din! gayahin mo ko. hehe

Kaso I'm an owl guy kasi and I feel like doing my things during the night kaya I always sleep late.
I do simple exercise naman almost everyday pag pumapasok ako to school, but I don't take vitamins though. Hindi kasya sa throat ko yung size ng multivitamins (esp. centrum). Seriously.
